There are three levels of administrative management designed into the LBD environments

  • Site Administrator
    • WEB mastering with FTP privileges to the site.
    • Control of Access to archives
    • Sets Room Administrator and Office Owner privileges and passwords
    • Sets Content and Picture Manager privileges
  • Room Administrator
    • Room Control Panel Functions
      • Sets Staff privileges and passwords
      • Sets participants privileges and passwords.
    • Responsible for:
      • Cleaning the room between sessions
      • Maintaining logs
      • Content delivery functions
  • Office Owner
    • All Office Control Panel Functions
      • Sets participants privileges and passwords.
