The control panel is used by the Room Administrators and Office owners in the LBD environment. Privileges for the Room Administrator and Office owners are set by the site administrator.

The Control Panel provides for the following:

• visual preferences of the LBD LearningRoom, MeetingRoom and Office.

• default text color

• default link color

• header links

• footer links

• post separator

• logo

• background picture 

• max size of post (characters)

• Allow font size change

• Allow HTML

• login or front page to the environment

• participant preferences

• passwords and usernames

• staff preferences

• passwords and staff names (LBD LearningRoom and MeetingRoom only)

• reset post numbers in LBD environment

• "cleans" the room between sessions

• a view of the running log

• other operating preferences.
