The Picture and Content Manager is designed to be used by all participants in any of the LBD environments.  The login page is located on the site, here and looks like this:

Once signed in, the control panel for the Content Manager is displayed.

Note the directory name and location in the upper right hand corner. Click on "File Manager" to display the directory listings and files in your account. One can create files, including an index.htm page, and directories as well as upload files.  The Site Administrator has access to all files, and sets profiles and privileges for users. All content belongs to the user.

Uploading content from the participant's computer is done by clicking on the "upload files" link.  And then the "browse" link displays the directory structure of the participant's computer.

Once an image is uploaded, the URL of the image can be posted into any of the LBD environments.
